Online : Amazon Germany is a good place to look: www.amazon.de Last time I looked they carried Dernieres Nouvelles, Blonde and Labyrinthe. The record company XIIIBis that released Blonde and the Dernieres Nouvelles album and DVD seems to have gone out of business.

2nd hand : This is probably the only way to get hold of Gobe or Nomades, Ebay is the best place to look, try your country's eBay site, and especially their German site: www.ebay.de.
